  • $17.65-$21.62/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
  • Additional 4% pay for your bilingual skills
  • Work schedule is Monday - Friday only, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, your tasks will include:
  • Managing phone calls, patient data, prescriptions, and inventory
  • Coordinating prescription delivery and counseling
  • Monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and checking expiration dates
  • Handling billing, refills, and clinical responsibilities in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
  • Customer-focused solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Proficient in administrative tasks like answering phones, filing, and scanning
  • Works well in a team and fast-paced environment
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Preferred knowledge of at least one pharmacy software system
