Description
Working under the supervision of the Call Center and Onboarding team supervisor, the Call Center technician will act as the first point of contact for those who currently utilize our pharmacy services and also facilitate new patient enrollment. This role supports the needs of our patients and facilities through a combination of pharmacy technician and customer service duties, including data entry, prescription profile management and managing inbound and outbound customer contacts. This role may also be required to support pharmacy production as needed
