Pharmacy Technician Delivery Driver - Chesterfield - CareSouth Carolina : Job Details

DescriptionJob DescriptionDeliver medications to customers throughout the service area during pharmacy hours of operation. The Duties include:

• Reports to work at assigned times
• Assists the pharmacy in preparing medications for delivery. This includes proper packing and storing.
• Inspects vehicle to maintain proper functioning
• Maintain a clean and neat interior and exterior of vehicle
• Drives to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Obtains proper documentation upon delivery to include signature
• Ability to field questions and concerns of customers to proper resource
• Maintains storage, distribution, and use of all pharmaceuticals for delivery
• Complies with all 340B program guidelines; maintains current knowledge of program requirements.
• Demonstrates efficiency in pharmacy computer systems, included but not limited to, QS/1, NRX, QS/1 POS
• Assists in contacting the customers on the delivery route
• Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state Board of Pharmacy and drug enforcement administration

Education and Experience

• Pharmacy registration or certification in the State of South Carolina
• Two (2) to four (4) year experience pharmacy experience
• Valid SC Driver License
