Pharmacy TechnicianAre you passionate about healthcare and making a difference in people's lives. We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacy technician to JOIN OUR TEAM!Key Responsibilities:

• Assists pharmacists in accurately filling prescriptions and preparing medication for dispensing.
• Performs designated technical and clerical tasks associated with the preparation, labeling and dispensing of medications, including sterile admixtures.
• Performs designated tasks regarding pharmacy quality control, management of pharmacy records, inventory control and preparation of orders for drugs.
• Provides excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma (approved/accredited Pharmacy Technician program)
• Knowledge of basic drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic techniques
• Must be able to work effectively with others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable in attendance and job performance

Work Environment:

• Primarily office and/or pharmacy work
• Occasional travel in the community at large
• May participate in community and/or referral presentations
• Hours not limited to 8:30am - 5:00pm

Special Physical Demands:

• Near visual acuity required
• Measuring and mixing in a confined space
• Receipt and stocking of products/medications will involve lifting
• Must be capable of inputting data on a keyboard
