Phlebotomist - Albany & Warren County - Tandym Group : Job Details

Healthcare organization is seeking a Phlebotomist to join their team. The phlebotomist will collect blood samples from project participants.The Phlebotomist will attend and support sampling events scheduled. At the events the Phlebotomist will use a straight needle to collect 3 tubes of blood from each participant. During onboarding the candidate will be required to attend an orientation to the project and complete necessary medical requirements.Required Qualifications:

• Current phlebotomy certification
• Proficient with use of 21-guage straight needle for blood draws
• Comfortable with research projects/protocols
• Close attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• Events located in indoor clinic space or mobile medical RV
• Candidates will need to provide their own transportation to event locations
