Phone Banker-retail products - Babich & Associates : Job Details

Looking for the best Personal Banker to work on a phone project! Banking, lending or finance experience needed. This position is 9AM to 4pm. You will work in a call center environment and speak to borrowers about financial options of retail products. So, if you are articulate, energetic and professional, PLEASE send your resume. This project should last approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service via phone and go the extra mile
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Be able to describe the feature and benefits of financial products
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a banking center operations financial call center environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience with a mainstream bank operating system
