**This is a Remote Position** Phone Support Customer Support Representative We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and proactive individuals to join our customer support team. As a Phone Support Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience. About the Role: We are a fast-growing telehealth company dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our customers. Our mission is to enhance access to weight-loss medication ensuring everyone can receive the medication and care they need. Pay Rate: $25.00 Per Hour Available Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM Pacific Time Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about our services, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. Demonstrate empathy and understanding while handling customer concerns and complaints. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues. Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and new service offerings. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve service delivery. Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for handling customer calls.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
