Pay Rate: $25.00 Per Hour Available Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM Pacific Time Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about our services, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. Demonstrate empathy and understanding while handling customer concerns and complaints. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues. Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and new service offerings.
