About the Position

We are searching for an entrepreneurially-minded photographer with a minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience. For this position, we prize technical abilities in photography, editing, styling, and content creation.

Select Job Responsibilities

  • Produces and executes a variety of high-quality photography shoots, including food & beverage, hospitality lifestyle, event coverage, and architectural photography.
  • Directs lifestyle photography shoots with confidence and skill, including guiding models and talent for natural, engaging shots.
  • Scouts shoot locations and angles for optimal composition on location
  • Compose, stylize, and stage shots with a perfectionist's eye for detail
  • Maintains high standards in lighting, color accuracy, and exposure.
  • Proficiency in using professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
  • Advanced skills in photo editing software
  • Pulling photo selects from photo shoots and editing original photo content
  • Manages pre- and post-production tasks, including researching, organizing, shot list creation, photo editing and managing assets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple shoots, manage scheduling platform and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to capture and convey the brand story through compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Creates and maintains content for social media networking sites, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., as well as content-sharing platforms pertinent to our partner businesses in culture, food, and travel
  • Interfaces with team members in other disciplines for strong coordination of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Understands that this is a flexible “lifestyle” job, often requiring atypical work hours
  • Brainstorms and innovates to improve company, job, and partners; appreciates the big picture and complexity in decision-making
