PHP Full Stack Developer - ReadyWorks : Job Details

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, preferably PHP 8
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, preferably with experience in MySQL/MariaDB
• Experience in integrating AI technologies or machine learning models into applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least working familiarity with jQuery.
• Knowledge of API and microservice design and implementation. Preferably experienced with REST and/or GraphQL.
• Good understanding of version control systems. Preferably using Azure DevOps and git.
• Experience using the WAMP and LAMP stacks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development:
  • Design, code, and maintain server-side applications using PHP.
  • Ensure robust database architecture with SQL, optimizing queries for performance.
  • Develop and implement microservices and APIs for system integration.
• Frontend Development:
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a seamless user experience.
• AI Integration:
  • Work closely with AI specialists to integrate machine learning models into our platform.
  • Develop interfaces for AI services, ensuring data flow and model deployment are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain and update AI components to leverage new AI technologies and methodologies.
• System Integration:
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality and data interoperability.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Maintenance & Optimization:
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code for better scalability and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.
• Collaboration:
  • Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
  • Contribute to the technical vision of the company by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with VMWare and other virtualization technologies including using their API and/or SDKs
• Familiarity with Nutanix and other HCI technologies
• Familiarity with IPaaS and/or workflow automation technologies
• Experience with Python in both a scripting and AI integration capacity
