Job Description & RequirementsSUMMARY OF POSITION:
As a Physical Therapist at our Penn State Health Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Clinic located in State College, PA you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of seasoned therapists with expertise in sports, orthopedic, vestibular, hand, and spine rehab amongst others and collaborate with Sports Medicine Orthopedic and non-operative Primary Care Providers who are located within our high paced outpatient clinic. The patient populations you will care for is varied and includes but is not limited to: pre-operative, non-operative and post-operative patients with peripheral joint injuries, acute and chronic orthopedic conditions and spine dysfunction. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and have a focus on manual treatment techniques. Athletic Training Certification (ATC) is preferred but not required. Candidate must hold (or eligible for) a PA license in Physical Therapy. Work schedule includes four 10-hour days.
