Monthly Bonus Potential!What will you be doing in this role?Working towards the achievement of patient care time targets and productivity standardsProviding medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint, and/or bone diseasesOperating according to underlying goals of the inpatient acute environment, optimizing the length of stay while preparing the patient for transition to a longer-term setting in an efficient and safe mannerCollaborating with other therapists/physicians within care pathways as necessaryRestoring patient function while relieving pain with ambitions of avoiding disabilityIntegrating Rehab Techs to support the patients plan of careCompleting appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulationsThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
