Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, Responsibilities: Works under the direction and supervision of the licensed Physical Therapist in the home environment practice setting. Performs Physical Therapy procedures ad related tasks under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist. Provides patient/family education and training. Performs routine operational functions, including superision of Home Health Aide. Documents visits and completes documentation within 24 hours of visit and within agency guidelines.
