Physical Therapist Assistant - Renewal Rehab : Job Details

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S., in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA
• Holds a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state as applicable

Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT
• Assists PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab
• Documents patient's progress in an accurate and timely fashion
• Ensures MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications and discharges
• Completes all required documentation according to state guidelines

Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr
