Physical Therapist Assistant - Heritage Rehab : Job Details

Physical Therapist Assistant Heritage is hiring a Part Time OR Consistent PRN PTA (12-16hrs/week) at our Cambridge location. We offer competitive compensation , ranging from $32-$35/hr based on experience and position status (Part time vs PRN). Our part time position offers PTO accrual as well as flexible scheduling. _ Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77. _ Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our communities. We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs. Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. - Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities. - Document patient progress accurately and timely. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises. Requirements: - Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. - State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. - Experience in orthopedics, acute care, geriatrics, inpatient, clinic, or hospital medicine is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
