Compensation: $83,000-$94,000/year, depending on experience, under a Pay-Per-Visit model. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Delivering therapeutic treatments and exercises as prescribed by the Physical Therapist. Monitoring and documenting patient progress to ensure treatment goals are met. Educating patients and families on safe exercises and mobility techniques to continue progress at home. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Ensuring patient safety and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. Qualifications: Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a PTA. Current CPR certification.
