Job Description: - Assist patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment.- Travel between specified clinic and hospital locations, with a consistent daily schedule from Monday to Friday.- Start work at the clinic location and travel to the hospital location in the afternoon.- Work primarily in outpatient settings (75%) with some inpatient responsibilities (25%), focusing on evaluating patients for discharge.- Coordinate with the current inpatient therapist schedule to ensure coverage for same-day total joint replacements.- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served.- Evaluate patients' physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans, and document patient status accurately.- Assist technicians and assistants in resolving problems.
