A health services company in New York is looking to add a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to their outpatient team in Orange County. Responsibilities: The Physical Therapist (PT) will:

• Provide direct patient care
• Establish short and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Instruct patients and caregivers in activities that are to be carried out between treatments and after discharge
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience in a Healthcare setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• NYS Physical Therapist (PT) license
• CPR certification
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
