Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions. Stay current on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to provide the best possible care. Job Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients. Strong problem-solving abilities to address any challenges that may arise during treatment. Empathy and patience to support patients through their recovery journey. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Attention to detail to accurately track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
