A growing Rehab organization in the industry, Rehab Advisors a division of Tender Touch Rehab Services and provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to in-house Skilled Nursing Facilities across the country. Our dedicated therapists combine their expertise and extensive knowledge to improve our patients care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MDs orders.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges
• Complete all documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
