Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is looking for Physical Therapist in the Brooklyn/Bushwick area.· Physical Therapist:· Location: Brooklyn, Bushwick· Work Schedule: 9:00am-5:pm Monday - Friday· Pay: $54.00· Length of Assignment: 1-2 Months*JOB PURPOSE:*The Physical Therapist plans and administers Physical therapy treatment programs for medically referred patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts.*JOB Duties:*· Completes assessments, progress, treatment or revisits, discharge summaries interdisciplinary notes according to departmental policy and procedure.· Perform participant evaluations and treatment at site and/or in the field (participant's home, nursing homes, etc.).· Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.· Participates in developing participant care plan with other interdisciplinary team members and participates in care plan meetings in accordance with state and federal regulations.· Documents all pertinent participant information as required, including, but not limited to assessments, progress notes and care plans according to departmental policy and procedure.· Documents all statistical data as required.· Other Duties as assignedRequirements*QUALIFICATIONS:**Education: *· Successful completion of a Physical Therapy program from an APTA accredited university or equivalent.*Experience:*- One (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist and/or experience with Geriatric population, preferred.- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, if the individual has less than one (1) year of experience but meets all other requirements, must receive appropriate training from the organization on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.*License:* New York State licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $54.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Continuing education credits* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Care plans: 1 year (Required)* Senior care: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Physical Therapy License (Required)Work Location: On the road %{{advertiserId}}% %%{{category}}%%
