• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Hours and Compensation:

• Day shift position.
• Competitive salary range: $83K - $108K.
• Full benefits package and sign-on bonus offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and planning for patient care using evidence-based practices (EBP).
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Educate nursing staff and patient families on follow-up care programs to maintain progress.
• Communicate patient progress or challenges to supervisors and team members.
• Schedule patients and post charges to patient records daily.
• Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and state/federal laws.
