Salary: $83,000 - 100K

• $83k - New Grad rate
• $90-94K - 5 Years exp
• $100K - 10 Years exp+

Must Haves:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in physical therapy form a program accredited by the APTA
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey
• CPR Certification
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate

Plusses:

• Outpatient Experience
• OSC (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) certification from the APTA or other Clinical Specialty Certifications

Day to Day - Moorestown

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist for a new role with a major healthcare client to support outpatient operations in South Jersey. This position involves providing orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation services through thorough examination and evaluation, utilizing good clinical practice methodologies to deliver high-level patient care. Responsibilities include determining prognosis, providing interventions, and developing or referring appropriate care plans. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with another PT and a Manager, both of whom are onsite during the typical schedule. Therapeutic services at this location include pre-operative and post-surgical care, pain and spine management, pre-injection therapy, hand therapy, and assistive device training. Sports medicine therapy is expected to be added in 2025. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with providers and medical professionals, as well as for interacting with patients and their families. Therapists typically see approximately 1.5 patients per hour.

Tuesday: 8A-3:30P

Wednesday: 8A-5P

Day to Day - Moorestown

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist for a new role with a major healthcare client to support outpatient operations in South Jersey. This position involves providing outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services through thorough examination and evaluation, utilizing good clinical practice methodologies to deliver high-level patient care. Responsibilities include determining prognosis, providing interventions, and developing or referring appropriate care plans. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with approximately 13 colleagues including 3 PTs, 3 Physical Therapy Assistants as well as the Supervisor and Senior Therapist. Therapeutic services offered at this location include but is not limited to neurological, total joint, sprains, strains, balance & falls, aquatic therapy, and general PT services. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with providers and medical professionals, as well as for interacting with patients and their families. Therapists typically see approximately 1 patient per hour.

• 2 night a week working till 8PM required

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist for a major healthcare client to support outpatient operations in South Jersey. This position involves providing rehabilitation services through thorough examination and evaluation, utilizing good clinical practice methodologies to deliver high-level patient care. Responsibilities include determining prognosis, providing interventions, and developing or referring appropriate care plans. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with two other PTs and medical professionals including their supervisor, manager, and senior therapist. Therapeutic services at this location include orthopedic, neuro, stroke, balance, post-operative, balance, back pain, among others. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with providers and medical professionals, as well as for interacting with patients and their families. Therapists typically see approximately 1.5 patients per hour.
