DAYS, Tues - Fri 9a-5:30p; Sat- 7-3:30; 40 hours/wk every other weekend.Graduate from certified PT program 2+ years of inpatient PT experience required. MA PT License and BLS required.Facility is not accepting local candidates.BILH Coversheet RequiredCannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
