Job duties:Our head-to-toe orthopedic practice sees patients of all ages. In addition to orthopedic care, we also specialize in sports medicine, and urgent care.As a Physical Therapist at OAZ, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients through the implementation of an established plan
• Supervising supportive personnel
• Providing timely and accurate documentation to support the plan of care
• Following the guidelines of the Ohio OTPTAT Board and APTA
• Maintaining equipment and treatment area in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
• Performing on-the-job training of clinical staff, students and volunteers
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree required
• 3 years of related experience is preferred, but not required
• Valid PT license in the state of Ohio
• CPR certification with 30 days of employment
