Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. Our Physical Therapist will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and implementation of physical therapy treatment for patients in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories and personal goal.2. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient needs and goals, focusing on pain management, endurance, strength building, mobility and motor function.3. Implement therapeutic interventions for patients, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.6.
