• Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults
• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

What you'll need:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
• Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm

This base pay range is specific to, New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Fox Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer. In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. This base pay range is specific to Queens and may not be applicable to other locations. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
