Job descriptionJob OverviewWe are expanding and seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology, with experience in both outpatient settings and home community care. This role involves developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs, particularly in pediatrics, while ensuring high standards of patient care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and discharge planning.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in physical therapy practices.Experience
