Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide

Location: Montvale, NJ 07645

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 05:00)

Duration: 13 Weeks with possibility of extension.

Pay Range: $24/Hour.

Job Duties:

*Greet and welcome new patients with a friendly and professional demeanor/ escort from waiting room to treatment room.

*Assist new patients in filling out Pt intake forms/ Pain and disability rating forms/ Quality control questionnaires forms and providing necessary information to assure medically necessary services are recognized and recorded appropriately.

*Answer inquiries regarding our services/ providers and locations.

*Provide information on VMG Chiropractic care, Acupuncture, Massage therapy and other related VMG programs and services with the purpose of impacting utilization rates. Calling patients that have no future appointments or have not completed the expected care plans.

*When necessary, address patient concerns and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

*Contributor to an ongoing optimal patient experience Recording social media moments as desired by the marketing and public relations campaigns of VMG and the “Wellness Center”.

*Maintaining and optimizing the quality and efficiency of office flow.

*Executing exam room protocols Maintaining office presentation and deep cleaning duties.

*Managing office inventory of supplies.

*Assisting patients in therapy rooms/ preparing room for healthcare providers.

*Proficiency in reviewing patient records using office electronic health records systems and data entry tools while respecting patient confidentiality.

*Assist with coordination of patient scheduling/ messaging from providers.

*Clear and effective patient communication via phone, email, and text.

*Readiness to assist in any necessary administrative duties required for proper office operations.
