Job Description and Duties

DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring for a Physical Therapy Assistant. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

* Assessment and evaluation

* Treatment services

* Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment

* Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living

Founded in 1875, Napa State Hospital is the only state hospital in Northern California for persons struggling with severe mental illness.
