Physical Therapy Assistant - Horsham Center for Jewish Life : Job Details

Come join our wonderful therapy team at the Horsham Center for Jewish Life.

Located in beautiful North Wales, our facility contains 270 long term care beds , 54 short term rehabiliation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

The Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant will work provide therapy to our residents throughout our facility. Document their assessments, treatment and follow up. Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan. Conduct screenings, evaluate and monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders. Participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans.

Works under the leadership of our Rehabilitative Services Director.

Must provide documentation of successful completeion of National Certification Examination for a registered PTA.

Weekend rotation required.
