We are searching for an energetic Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Carver residential area of Massachusetts. This Part-Time position offers a rate of $37-$40 per visit. If you're interested in growing your career while having a positive impact in people's lives, then VRNS is the place for you.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Providing physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
  • Maintaining patient records and document treatments

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Candidates must have MA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
