Salary: $30 - $34 per hour

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our physical therapists in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring a safe and effective therapy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in treatment sessions
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients on exercises and home care
• Maintain equipment and therapy areas
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Current PTA license in New York
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience preferred but not required
