Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations, order tests, determine diagnoses, and develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide medical and surgical care, including diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, and pharmaceutical prescriptions.
• Provide patient education regarding care plans, treatment options, and procedures.
• Monitor patient health during follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, insurance companies, and physicians, both verbally and in writing.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and streamline clinical processes.
• Participate in clinic-wide projects and programs aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and care quality.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with an active license to practice in Wisconsin.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.
• Flexibility to travel between our Wausau and Stevens Point locations for patient care.
