Delphi Healthcare has parntered with a Primary Care Health Center that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services to the community, located in the Buffalo area. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. Our clinic offers a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.The Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Primary Care will work under the supervision of a licensed physician, delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. The PA/NP will conduct patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform routine procedures, and provide patient education.*Key Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.* Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.* Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.* Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and administering injections.* Educate patients on preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment plans.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.*Qualifications:** Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program.* Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York* Strong clinical skills with experience in primary care or family medicine.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.\*\*The position is a 8 or 13 week assignment with possibility to extend\*\*$60-$80/hr#hp*How to Apply:* Please email Tasha Coccia at [email protected] or 585.###.####Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $65.80 - $80.00 per hourMedical Specialty:* Primary CareSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)* PA-C (Preferred)* Physician Assistant License (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Springville, NY 14141 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Springville, NY 14141: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
