Practice Details:

• Outpatient primary care clinic
• Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
• 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin time
• Receive support from Medical Assistants, leadership, and a network of specialists
• Focus on both wellness and chronic care management, with opportunities for specialized procedures tailored to your interests

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (commensurate with experience), plus incentives
