A healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a new Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join their growing team in Brooklyn. About the Opportunity: Specialty : Internal Medicine Schedule: 7 days on; 7days off Hours: 40 a week Responsibilities: The Internal Medicine Hospitalist will be responsible for: Supervisingresidents on a busy inpatient service Managing patients through the continuum of hospital care, including requesting appropriate tests, medication management, specialty consults Coordinating the care of nursing and support staff Writing discharge and follow-up notes and communicating with the patient's Primary Care Physician Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine Your privacy is important to us.
