- - Friday 9 am - 5 pm; No nights, weekends, or on call

- Average Patients seen: 40-50 injections per day | Dedicated mid-level, a NP or PA who performs all pre-screenings
- Call Schedule: No nights, weekends, or on call
- Compensation: $125/hr plus medical malpractice insurance
