- Additional Info: As a community health center, it is critical that our providers understand our mission, values, and the community we serve.JOB DESCRIPTION:-Confident and comfortable treating patients through the lifespan-Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.-Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively.-Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame.-Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.QUALIFICATIONS:-This is a high-priority need, and the hiring team is motivated to move quickly. Candidates must be able to start within 45 days.-Must be comfortable in outpatient medicine and in an FQHC environment
