**Job Title:** Physician - Geriatric Medicine**Job Specialty:** Geriatric Medicine**Job Duration:** Full-Time**Shift:** Days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Minimum one year working with the frail or elderly population**License:** Valid driver's license, Massachusetts license (or willing to obtain)**Certifications:** BLS, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, CDS Certification, DEA Registration**Must-Have:** Minimum one year experience with the frail or elderly population, Clean/Clear malpractice history, EMR TruChart experience highly preferred**Job Description:**- Serve as Outpatient PCP and skilled facility physician.- Delivery of primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, provision of direct participant medical care, and evaluation of effectiveness of the plan.- Make independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens; perform medical procedures as necessary.- Promote and maintain a collaborative work environment with managers, peers, direct reports, and participants.- Demonstrate and incorporate the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors in all actions and decisions.- Reflect leadership skills, share strategy and vision, and lead organizational growth and change.- Commit to participant and family independence and dignity through comprehensive care services.- Embrace and lead in fostering a collaborative and consensus-driven work culture.- Participate in an on-call rotation with approximately seven on-call days per month, including weekend telephone triage.- Provide care and services that support seniors' independence in their homes for as long as possible.This is a competitive opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, generous paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and more.
