All this and more IDEAL CANDIDATE: BC/BE Pediatrician - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. - $240k Salary that can go up with experience $50/wRVU after annual target of only 4,900 wRVUs - Annual salary increase of 3% to 5% - 100% Outpatient - 15 ppd in clinic - NO CALL - Candidate IS ALLOWED to negotiate working 5 clinic days on week A and then 3 clinic days on week B in order to have a 4 day weekend every other week - Clinic schedule is MON-FRI; 8a-5p - NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS OUTSIDE OF CALL Watersports GALORE, small town feel, great schools, and access to 3 different major metro amenities await you at this opportunity.
