Pick and Pack Fulfillment Associates - Eclipse Advantage : Job Details

Description

• Pick, pack and ships customer orders
• Use handheld scanners and other warehouse electronic equipment
• Sort, repack, and label freight
• Maintains work area in a clean and hazard free condition
• Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
• Track orders via delivery software
• Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues

• Prior parcel, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred but not required (We are willing to train the right individual.)
• Experience of small package and belt systems (this is a plus - not required )
• The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment - continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be eligible to work in the US - We participate in EVerify
