Volt is immediately hiring for Picker/Packer/Forklift in Athens, TX Great Company Culture/Your safety is our # 1 Concern/ Long Term Assignment As a Picker/Packer/Forklift you will:
- Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. RF scanner, Forklift - Stand up Reach or Jungheinrich order picker.).
- Reports any mechanical problems.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This is a
Picker/Packer opportunity.
- Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
- Pulling, packing, and loading
- Receiving, stocking, and stacking
- Ability to consistently lift 40-50 pounds
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements: 7yr background check, Drug test.
We are hiring for all Shifts: - 1st - Monday through Friday 6am- 2:30pm $16/hr
- 2nd- Monday through Friday 2pm-10:30pm $18/hr
- 3rd- Sunday through Thursday 10pm-6:30am $19/hr
