Our Sacramento Distribution Hub is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to join our team. **Responsibilities**

* QA Associates are responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped.

* Review pack lists to ensure contents of each order are properly included in each package.

* Responsible for maintaining the levels of shipping materials and notifying the appropriate party when supplies are low

* Responsible for packaging inventory including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent

* Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients

* Work with other fulfillment departments to see that all eligible packages are able to be sent out

* Perform other duties as required to meet business needs

**Must Haves**

* MUST LIVE LOCALLY

* MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT

* High School Diploma OR GED and;

* **6+ months of experience as a picker/packer**

* **Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment**

* Acute attention to detail

* Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and hand-held scanners

* Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly

* Demonstrated sense of accountability and problem resolution

* Intermediate PC skills

* Excellent attendance/punctuality and ability to work overtime, as required

* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

* Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas

* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment

* The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm
