Picking and Packing Associate - 2nd Shift - Manpower Group : Job Details

Job Title: Picking/Packing 2nd Shift Pay: $15.75 Hours: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

• Work on assembly, production, and packaging lines to meet specifications.
• Maintain operational cleanliness and sanitation.
• Notify operators, leads, or supervisors of any quality or safety issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Be present on the floor for 100% of your shift.
• Be flexible and ready to take on various duties as needed by the line.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should be able to perform the essential duties effectively. Below are the physical demands and requirements:

• Regularly stand for long periods, with occasional sitting, walking, stooping, or crouching.
• Some facilities may require navigating multi-level areas, including stairs.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds using a hoist, pallet jack, or cart, and regularly lift up to 15 pounds of boxes and materials.
