Job Description :

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reasonably arrange the work of the distribution team and forklift team according to the workload, and complete the distribution tasks efficiently and accurately

2. Responsible for quality control and management execution of work at the distribution site

3. Responsible for supervising the distribution process and reporting any abnormalities to the division in a timely manner

4. Regularly propose improvement measures to superiors to improve the quality and efficiency of distribution work

5. Training and management of team members

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English, more than 5 years of industry experience, 3 years of experience in managing a distribution team of more than 100 people

2. Master warehouse management methods, operating specifications and operating procedures

3. Familiar with warehouse management system and office software operation

4. Those who have a forklift license will be given priority to drive high-level forks.

5. Be hard-working, have strong execution and pressure resistance, and have good communication, learning and coordination skills.

6. Have legal work status such as U.S. citizenship, green card, etc.
