Pilot - Audit Controls Consultant - Genesis10 : Job Details

Genesis10 is seeking an Audit Controls/Business Analyst Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract position.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Pay Range: $45.00 - $53.60 per hour, depending on skills and experience level. Responsibilities: Maintain monthly report inventory Support and manage the JIRA report intake process Create and update all Jira stories for report documentation Act as a consultant on all required report documentation, including business requirements and test documents Provide one on one training and/or virtual class training on how to create requirements/test documents and/or enhancements to the process Liaison and SME into centralized documentation team Perform peer testing of all report artifacts Provide maintenance of controls/procedure documents including control walkthrough decks, and all supporting documentation (utilizing Microsoft Word Redline functionality) Act as an SME on all department controls and executes controls on a regular frequency Evaluate inefficiencies and duplicative processes within controls/procedures, develop plan to gain efficiencies with process improvements and execute on the plan Qualifications: 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience Experience working in a collaborative team that works across multiple functional areas Solid Business Analysis Skills Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Audit and control experience.​Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
