Trillium Construction is seeking Pipe Layers in Turkey North Carolina! Trillium Construction is looking for a dedicated and skilled Pipe Layer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the proper installation and repair of water, sewer, and stormwater systems. Working closely with a utility crew and under the supervision of a foreman, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects. As a Pipelayer, you will operate loaders, material handlers, and compactors, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our utility installations. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will help uphold Wells Brothers' reputation for excellence in the industry. Will be working Monday - Saturday 50 hours per week first shift. Pay $23+ per hour DOE. No per diem, this is a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities: -Install and repair water, sewer, and stormwater piping, manholes, vaults, basins, valves, and fittings. -Clean grounds around pipelines using hand tools. -Operate heavy equipment (loaders, compactors, etc.) for pipe laying operations. -Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including fluid and filter changes. -Load and unload tools and equipment onto trucks. -Identify hazards on site and ensure adherence to safe work practices. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and the public.
