Position Overview:We are seeking a Regional Diagnostic Specialist to serve as both a hands-on service technician and a customer-focused sales professional. This role involves diagnosing drain issues, performing necessary cleaning or jetting services, and educating customers on the best long-term solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:Diagnose blockages and drain issues using industry-leading camera inspection technology.
Troubleshoot and determine the most effective technique to resolve customer drain problems.
Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, or cable work as needed to conduct thorough inspections.
Establish rapport with customers, educating them on their options and recommending solutions.
Handle both residential and light commercial service calls to provide expert diagnostics.
Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless job execution.
Participate in ongoing training, trade shows, and meetings to stay ahead in the industry.
Assist in training and developing installation crew members to ensure project success.
Maintain and protect diagnostic, drain cleaning, and camera equipment through routine care.
Base Salary: $45,000 per year ($3,750 per month)
Monthly Commission: 4% on total sales over $75,000 (paid monthly)
Annual Performance Bonus: 1% of total completed sales ($12,000 at $1.2M annual sales)
Ambitious Target Bonus: Additional $25,000 if total completed sales reach $2,000,000
Estimated Earnings Potential: $90,000 - $158,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)
