• 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment that values quality food, with at least one year in a Supervisor or Shift Lead role - pizza experience a plus!
• Focus on building positive relationships with guests and team members
• Commitment to our service standards and excellent training
• Create a memorable experience for every guest and role model heartfelt hospitality
• Calm, positive and solutions oriented when under pressure
