Pizza Cook - Ned's Pizza : Job Details

Position: Pizza Cook We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza-making, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards that have made Ned's Pizza a Milwaukee favorite. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to our established recipes and ensuring every pizza meets our quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes and standards.
• Assemble and cook pizzas to order, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Monitor and maintain oven temperatures, cooking times, and other cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking deliveries.

Requires:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook, preferably in a pizzeria or similar fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation and pizza making techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Schedule:

• M-F 10am-6pm
